Functional requirement.-The machine is required to mechanically scrub the inside, outside surface of standard 40 lit milk

- Manual loading & unloading of can
- Holding capacity of the trough - 425 lit
Construction:
Trough -The trough shall be fabricated from 2.0 mm thick s.s. conforming to AISI 304.
Legs ---- four legs with s.s. ball feet
Nylon brushes – shall be of good quality and capable of cleaning all inner & outer surface within a few rotations
Fittings--- overflow & drain
Drive ---The drive shall be complete with 1.0 hp electric motor, gear box, chain , sprocket, bearing, coupling etc.
Covers- Removable type cover for the drive assy. |
